Terms and Conditions for GT ProDone Limited

Welcome to GT ProDone Car Body Shop, located at Unit 1, Havant Business Centre, Harts Farm Way, Havant . By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our services and products.

GT ProDone provides a range of services, including but not limited to:

- Vehicle repair and maintenance.

- Bodywork and paint services.

- Vehicle detailing.

- Custom body modifications and etc.

All services are subject to availability and may be modified at any time.

Pricing and Currency

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling [GBP]. The final invoice will reflect all labor, parts and additional services, including any applicable taxes. Any additional costs that arise during the repair process will be referred to the customer for approval.

Estimates and Quotations

All estimates provided are subject to change upon further inspection. The final price may vary due to unforeseen issues, additional parts, or labor requirements. Any significant changes to the initial estimate will be discussed and approved by the customer before work continues.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept the following payment methods:

- Cash

- Credit/Debit cards

- Bank transfers

All invoices must be settled within 3 days of the completion of services. Late payments may result in additional fees.

Deposit Policy

A deposit is required for certain services, such as custom work or large repair jobs or when parts order is  included. This deposit is non-refundable unless the shop is unable to complete the work for reasons beyond its control.

Return and Refund Policy

- Services: Once services are presented, they are non-refundable. If there are any issues with the work performed, please contact us within 90 days of completion, and we will inspect and correct any defects at no additional cost, provided they are within the scope of the original service agreement.

  - Parts: Parts and materials used in repairs are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon installation. In such cases, the customer must notify us within 21] days, and we will arrange for a replacement or repair.

- Custom Orders: Custom work and specially ordered parts are non-refundable unless they are faulty. Please ensure that all custom specifications are correct before confirming your order.

Warranty

We offer a warranty on our services for 3 months from the moment the vehicle leaves our premises.This warranty covers defects in work and materials but does not apply to:

- Normal wear and tear.

- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence.

- Modifications made by other service providers after work has been completed by us.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a scheduled service by providing at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.  Custom work orders may be canceled within 14 days of placing the order. However, any costs incurred for materials or labor up to the point of cancellation will be deducted from the refund.

Liability

While we strive to provide the highest standard of service, GT ProDone shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of vehicle use, inconvenience, or financial loss.

Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left at the shop for more than 24 hours after completion of services without payment and arrangement for pick-up may incur a storage fee of £50 per day. After 90 days, the vehicle may be considered abandoned, and legal action may be taken, including the sale of the vehicle to recover costs and meanwhile the vehicle will be moved to an open parking bay where our car body shop does not take responsibility for.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information collected will only be used for the purpose of processing your transaction and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Amendments

GT ProDone reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
